Violence as a strategy to form student leadership
Abstract
Violence has been transformed into a public health problem, according to the World Health Assembly (WHA) in the year (1996), Venezuela increasing for student violence. Which has become a topic of interest in recent years, the same rate, it seems to spread every day. Why research shows the following phenomenological, descriptive field with variable as: Social status, alcohol or drug consumption, smoking, communication and how to resolve conflicts. Which was conducted in one (1) in the Municipality Heres University in Bolivar State, in 2010, with a sample of 500 students of both sexes. Shedding results in a high verbal aggression and violence, characterized by shouts and threats, as ways to draw attention to exercise leadership within the classroom, sometimes using physical violence as a way to resolve conflicts.
